TERMS OF SERVICE. Abstract art.

1. Product Information
All artworks are described as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings. Please read each product description carefully before purchasing (e.g. whether the piece is an original or print, framed or unframed).

2. Payment
Full payment is required upfront for all pieces, including both ready-to-ship items and commissioned artworks. Prices are listed in GBP. No work will begin or be shipped until payment is received in full.

3. Shipping & Delivery
All original paintings are carefully packaged and shipped with tracked delivery. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Prints are sent via 1st Class post (untracked unless requested). International buyers are responsible for any customs or import fees.

4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of the artwork, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged. If your item is damaged in transit, please contact me within 48 hours with clear photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

5. Commissions
I accept commissioned work within my abstract style only. Once we’ve agreed on a brief, full payment is required upfront before I begin. Please allow 2–8 weeks for completion, sometimes longer depending on the size, level of texture, and complexity of the piece.
Exact timelines will be discussed and agreed upon before starting. No major style changes can be made once the work is in progress.

6. Copyright & Usage
All artwork, whether original or print, is protected by copyright and remains the intellectual property of the artist. Purchasing a piece does not grant permission to reproduce, sell, or alter the artwork in any form.

1. Booking & Payment
To secure a project, 100% payment is required upfront. Work will not begin until payment is received in full. Payment can be made via bank transfer, my website or PayPal.

2. Timelines & Communication
Estimated timelines will be provided at the start of the project. Delays in feedback, approvals, or content from the client may affect the overall schedule. Open communication is encouraged throughout, I aim to respond to all emails within 1–2 working days.

3. Revisions
Each package includes a set number of revisions, outlined in the package details. Any changes beyond the included revisions will be charged at an hourly rate of £35 per hour. Major changes to the agreed brief after initial concepts are delivered may result in additional charges.

4. Final Files & Ownership
Once the project is complete and full payment has been received, you will receive all agreed final files (e.g. logos, brand assets) and full usage rights. I reserve the right to showcase the work in my portfolio, website, and social media channels unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the nature of design work, refunds are not offered once work has started. If the client chooses to cancel the project after payment, any work completed up to that point remains non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for completed work.

6. Additional Services
Additional services such as miscellaneous design materials, Squarespace website design, or social media content can be added to your project at any stage and will be quoted separately.

7. Copyright & Licensing
All designs are original and custom-created. Upon completion and full payment, you own the rights to use the final approved designs. Unused concepts, drafts, and design elements remain the intellectual property of the designer and may be reused or repurposed in future projects.
